Yes — outer packaging is plain brown shipping material with return address only. Nothing on the outside indicates supplements, wellness products, or the Cosmic brand. Your delivery driver won't know what's inside.

Unopened pouches: return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just email team@c0smic.com with your order number and we'll send a return label.

Opened pouches: we don't accept returns on opened product (food safety), but if you're unhappy with what you received, write to us. We almost always work something out.

Send a photo of the damaged pouch/box to team@c0smic.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge. No return required.

That's why the 30-day return on unopened pouches exists. If you've opened the pouch and decided it's not for you, write to us anyway. We're a small company and we'd rather keep a future customer than win a transaction.

If you contact us within a couple of hours of placing the order, yes — we can usually intercept before it ships. Once tracking is generated, we can't cancel, but you can return for a refund once it arrives.

Functional mushroom powders are generally well-tolerated. The most commonly reported (mild) side effects in clinical literature are gastrointestinal — bloating, loose stools — usually resolved by reducing the daily dose or taking it with food. If you have a mushroom allergy, do not use this product.

Some functional mushrooms can interact with anticoagulants (blood-thinners), immunosuppressants, and certain diabetes medications. Ashwagandha (in Fantastic 4) can interact with thyroid hormone, sedatives, and immunosuppressants. If you take prescription medication, consult your healthcare provider before adding any supplement.

No — do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Ashwagandha specifically is contraindicated in pregnancy. The functional mushroom species themselves have limited safety data in those populations. Consult your OB-GYN before resuming any supplementation.

Our products are formulated for adults. We don't recommend them for children under 18 without explicit clearance from a pediatrician.

No. Functional mushrooms (Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga) are entirely separate species from psychedelic mushrooms (which contain psilocybin). Our products contain zero psilocybin. They are legal, non-psychoactive, and certified by the USDA as organic food.

No fillers, no flow agents, no anti-caking additives. The only ingredients in our products are the certified-organic mushroom powder (and ashwagandha in Fantastic 4) and the substrate the mushrooms were grown on (organic oats or sorghum). Nothing else.

Mushrooms are grown on a substrate (usually grain). For mycelial biomass products, the mycelium and the substrate it colonized are inseparable — you can't fully extract the mycelium without leaving the substrate behind. Listing the substrate (organic oats or sorghum) is honest disclosure. Brands that hide their substrate are still using one — they just don't want you to know.
